About Ziptility

Ziptility was built to serve the wastewater and sewage industries, both vastly important and underserved in their technology, tools, and support. Co-founders Tyler Henke and Dante Cook created Ziptility to empower utility crews and operators who are often unable to easily access all the necessary information they need while in the field. By combining modern GIS, asset management, and work order management into a single application, utilities can maintain a comprehensive inventory of their assets and make informed management decisions.

Ziptility was recently named one of 13 startups in the Imagine H20 Global Water Accelerator Program.

Services Provided

The Ziptility app allows utility crews to find, fix, and manage assets in the field. The mobile-first app allows a user to view a team’s entire work history and customer requests in one, easily searchable place. Teams avoid duplicating work, as the system tracks changes and updates them in real-time. Communication is strengthened through the ability to reach out to teammates directly and respond to notifications. Crews can view scheduled work or assign tasks to employees. With standard and custom base maps, utility workers can view open tasks in their area and access information on every asset in their entire water infrastructure, even without access to WiFi or cellular networks.
