Savvy Citizen was developed and is supported by Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA). Savvy Citizen’s development team consists of active community residents and local government officials with a passion for solving an issue that plagues residents and local governments alike: resident awareness.

Prior to the development of Savvy Citizen, the development team sought feedback from residents, township supervisors, business managers, mayors, county commissioners, and tourism personnel to better understand the resident awareness problem and collect feedback on potential features and functionality. Leveraging this due diligence and best practices in smartphone app development, Savvy Citizen was born.
