We can plug into your existing website in just a few minutes providing an instant citizen resource to request services, ask questions, report issues or apply for a simple license or permit. The branded mobile app will be in place as quickly as the website plugin. The requests are handled in a robust but very simple and intuitive backend system that can also integrate to existing solutions like an enterprise asset management system. All for a very low unlimited user monthly subscription at the department level or your entire enterprise.

Your citizens do not need to know what department, person or even organization handles their requests. They just make the request, takes less than 30 seconds, and we get that request to the right person in the right department in the right organization. That could be the County, the City or a subcontractor within the City for things like refuse pickup, animal welfare or light issues. Everyone gets notifications along the way, both the citizens and the staff responsible for resolution. All automatic, nothing falls through the cracks.

Training is minimal. A typical user needs 30 to 45 minutes web-training, the administrators will need a couple of hours. The system can be up and running in a little as two weeks.
