In July 2020, nearly 400 local government officials and staff from across the country took the Local Government’s Next Normal Survey to shed light on how COVID-19 is shifting priorities and pain points. This survey was completed in partnership with ELGL, SeeClickFix by CivicPlus and Route Fifty.
